1. Using PlateRate

PlateRate is a tool for independent restaurants to evaluate fair pay rates for food influencer partnerships. By using PlateRate, you agree to use it honestly and only for lawful purposes.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• One account per user or restaurant
• You must provide accurate information when signing up

3. The rate calculator

PlateRate provides pay range estimates based on publicly available engagement data and community-submitted deal information. These are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for the outcome of any negotiation or partnership based on our suggestions.

4. Deal submissions

When you submit a deal, you agree that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submissions are used anonymously to improve the pay rate model for all users. We never attribute submissions to individual restaurants.

5. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email if we make material changes. Continued use of PlateRate after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
